Terms and Conditions

The following Terms and Conditions apply to the use of this Web site as well as all transactions conducted through the site.

• Consumer Agreement

• All the orders in MAMBA shopping cart would pay in United States Dollar.

  PayPal: PayPal payments acceptable.

  No order will be shipped out if PayPal payment is still pending.

  Bank Wire (T/T): Bank wire is also accepted. If you make payment by T/T, please email us for wire details.




• Shipping & Delivery

• We can ship item to P.O. address.

  All packages are double checked and well packed by our warehouse staffs to make sure they are safe on the delivery.

  Combined Shipping is available for most items and we always try our best to save freight for our customers.




• Sales Tax

• Import Duties, taxes and charges aren't included in the item price or postage cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.




• Warranties

• Warranties apply to the use of this Web site as well as all transactions conducted through MAMBA ebay site (eiji-takada).

  If the item is damaged, please contact us by email(sales5@mambatek.com) first, we will respond to you immediately. And detail the warranty for you.

  We can offer one year warranty from the date of received package for all the items. (not included the OEM turbo), you can send the item back to us.

  *Please note that the warranty fee will be charged from buyer, if the damage was caused by inappropriate use.

  Two things that the buyer have to do:

  1. Detail everything you have done for installing the turbo / parts, and send the pictures of the damaged parts to us (sales5@mambatek.com)

  2. Send back the damaged turbo / parts, and provide tracking number

  *Important: The buyer have to pay the return shipping fee (From buyer's country to Taiwan)

  Once we have received the returned turbo / parts, we will check it thoroughly and try our best to repair it for you.

  There won't be any refundment if the buyer didn't follow our warranty policy or return the damaged turbo / part.

  An appropriate fee should be charged based on specific situation to cover the cost of service and replacement, please understand.
  




• Return Policy

• If we send the wrong item, we will send replace part asap once we get your information and pictures.

  If customers bought wrong parts, we accept the return within 2 weeks from the date of received package.

  The returned package must be under brand new condition. 20% restocking fee will be applied and Shipping & Handling fees are not refundable.

  *Best and secure boost is 1.5 to 1.8

  Please check the number on your OEM turbo or parts to make sure if it's right one for you.
